Who Is Yolanda Saldivar?

Yolanda Saldivar was born on 19th September 1960 in San Antonio, Texas, United States of America. She is the youngest of Frank and Juanita Saldivar’s eight children. Her father was a head waiter at the West End restaurant Jacala, which served traditional Mexican cuisine.
