Shocking video obtained by a station in Texas shows a suspect running over a man twice and then kissing and stabbing his body.

The Ring footage obtained by KTRK shows a man, who the station identified as Steven Anderson, walking down a street on May 3 to pick up his mail. A car then comes screeching into the frame and hits him. KTRK identified the driver of the vehicle as 20-year-old Karon Fisher.

The video shows the car reversing and hitting Anderson again. Neighbors can be seen running out and attempting to help him. One neighbor calls 911 to report the incident while another brings out a pillow for Anderson's head.

Fisher is observed coming back to the scene and begins to straddle Anderson's body and kiss him, the station said, after which she stabs him nine times.

According to KTRK, Fisher is identified in court records as a man but was described by officers as a woman.

The suspect casually walked away as if nothing had happened, and neighbors watched," the station said.

The Houston Police Department confirmed in a Facebook post that Fisher has been charged with murder and taken into custody. The news release says officers responded to reports of a person who failed to stop and render aid to another person outside a home in Houston.

Officers learned the victim was found unresponsive in the driveway," HPD stated. "He had suffered multiple stab wounds and was pronounced deceased."

Witnesses told police about Fisher's whereabouts at a nearby location, and she was detained and questioned by detectives.

Police did not independently confirm Anderson's identity, citing pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences, but said the victim was 64 years old.
