PHILADELPHIA (CelebrityAccess) — Live Nation has new digs for their Philadelphia office.

The company has signed a lease with real estate developer Keystone Property Group to relocate their regional headquarters to to One Presidential Boulevard in Bala Cynwyd, a suburb of Philly.

According to the Philadelphia Tribune, Live Nation's ten-year lease on the 12,000-square-foot space will allow them to accommodate four of its local units in one space, including Live Nation Philadelphia, Live Nation Arenas, Ticketmaster and Maverick.

Live Nation's Philadelphia offices oversee The Peach Music Festival, The Susquehanna Bank Center, The Tower Theatre, Hersheypark Stadium and the Pavillion at Montage Mountain among other venues. – Staff Writers
