Dr. Dre was born in Compton, California, United States on February 18, 1965. His birth name is André Romelle Young. Her parents are Theodore and Verna Young. Her father, Theodore, sang in an amateur music group called the “Romells” and impregnated her mother, Verna, when she was still in high school, although they eventually married.

Her parents divorced after 8 years of marriage; this probably influenced her attitude towards marriage. He is not stable with women, his lifestyle in Casanova being responsible for the birth of seven children by five women and the marriage of one of them. Despite a difficult childhood and early life, he found solace in music from an early age.

Dre attended Vanguard Junior High School in Compton. He moved to other high schools because of the gang violence and riots of that era, particularly the 1965 Watts riots. He attended Roosevelt Adult High School, Chester Adult School in Compton, then attended Broadcasting School. He also attended Centennial High School in Compton in 1979, before moving to Fremont High School in South Central Los Angeles due to poor grades. Dre applied for an apprenticeship program at Northrop Aviation Company and was turned down, but the music never turned him down.

Nicole married Dr Dre in 1996 after leaving death Row Records launches its own label, Aftermath Entertainment. She has two children for the rapper – a son, Truice and a daughter, while he had none for her ex-husband. Their first child, Truice, was born in 1997, a year after tying the knots while their daughter, Truly, was born in 2001.
