This is my own personal opinion on the Dex/Joss relationship future. I may be a bit of a social media obsessed person, but when Joss and Dex were front burner story line stuff last year, their social media pages reflected that. I actually fell on the bandwagon that they were dating in real life. Their chemistry with each other on and off the screen was electric. EH liked all of EM’s IG posts, and she liked all of his. They were doing a lot of promo, meet & greets together. I realize she has been focused on healing after her mother’s death, but I have noticed that he is just not interacting with her SM anymore. Do you think the writer’s have separated them on the show because they have “possibly” broken up as a real life couple? Anyone notice if their chemistry onscreen has changed any? I thought the writer’s were not writing lot of stuff for them together while EM was out, but now I think they were just letting us ease away from the coupling…

Did they ever confirmed they were dating in real life? I think they are both professional rather or not they have broken up in real life, it shouldn’t be an issue to keep them together as an on screen couple just because they broke up in real life.

Haden February 22, 2024, 9:20pm 3No it was never confirmed. I was just on the bandwagon of “hoping” they were. I know they are professionals and “breaking up” (if they did) shouldn’t be an issue. I just thought it was odd that they have stopped interacting on SM, and also Dex is currently not on the screen. I truly hope GH keeps these two together, they are great onscreen together.

And writers could care less i think about real life relationships , they were hired to do a job, if anything i think they would have it somewhere written in their policy for actors not to date each other so this type of problems don’t arise.But i don’t know .

Haden February 22, 2024, 9:44pm 6I know they don’t have it in their contracts not to date costars, just because too many have dated or married each other - Rebecca Herbst married Michael Saucedo (ex-Juan), Laura Wright dates Wes Ramsey (ex-Peter), Kristina Wagner was married to Jack Wagner (ex-Frisco), Maura West married her costar(ex-Andy) on ATWT, just to name a few.
I still think Joss and Dex have amazing chemistry on screen. He was so emotional about Joss the day Sonny sent him away. I love them together.
I was just throwing a conspiracy theory out there, I guess!

has there be any official word by GH on the actor portraying dex if he was let go?
